Staff on reception were very friendly, as returning guests after not staying at the hotel for several years we were given a bottle of sparkling wine, which was unexpected and a lovely touch.
I enjoyed the location of St Saviour. It was really easy to get to the Castle on the East coast and very easy to get to St Hellier as well. I had a hire car and it was easy to find the hotel too. The hotel is a little dated, but it's clean and has all the facilities, wifi only in the foyer, but I found it lovely that every evening lots of people would be sitting in the foyer, all on their phones and laptops. The staff were really helpful and friendly

It’s like a rabbit Warren. Just when we thought we’d seen it all, along comes another restaurant or bar. The staff were amazing. We witnessed several staff members going out of their way to help guests when they could have easily turned a blind eye. They are all a credit to the hotel.
